Old Faithful, The Grand Prismatic and Surrounding Geothermal Spots
The first four photos were taken at Old faithful. The images do not do justice to the cold temperature, the snowfall and the 2-1/2 to 3 feet of snow sitting in the parking lot and surrounding areas. The ground temperature must be warm enough around the geyser to melt the snow as fast as it falls.
