Now in the National Register of Historic Places, the KPRK radio station sit unoccupied just northeast of downtown Livingston, Montana. Depending on which story of it you read it was last in use sometime between 2008 and 2018. Based on the climate that Montana gets and the deterioration level of the structure and surrounding items it seems the reality might be closer to the 2018 date.

Not exactly the most photogenic building but I now know that it the lack of streetlights around it and its location would make it an awesome lightpainted foreground subject for a future astrophotography project.
